How It Works
FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ is a structured, professionally managed community walking initiative operated by FrontRow Views Limited in Epe, Lagos State. Every edition is governed by a consistent process: registration, QR check-in, the walk itself, and verified Walk Credit™ issuance. Nothing is informal.
Participation is free. But it is not automatic. Every step — from registration through to receiving a Permanent Walker Number™ — is earned through consistent, verified attendance.

Registering for an Edition
Registration is required before every edition. Walk Credits™ are only awarded to walkers who registered in advance and verified their attendance at the gate. Walk-in attendance without prior registration does not earn a Walk Credit™.

Reach out via the official FrontRow WhatsApp Business channel or the Registration form on this website. Provide your full name, phone number, email address, and emergency contact.
Confirm Media Consent
You will be asked to confirm whether you consent to being photographed during the walk. You may decline; this does not affect your registration. It affects only whether your image may be published in community communications.
Receive Your Confirmation
A Registration Confirmation is sent to your email and WhatsApp. It includes your personal QR code, the edition details, meeting point, start time, and gate closure time.
Arrive Before Gate Closure
Gate closes 15 minutes after the advertised start time. No Walk Credits™ are awarded after gate closure. No exceptions.
Registration deadline: Registrations close the night before each edition. Late registration requests will be considered at the discretion of the operations team but are not guaranteed.
Walk Day
Editions currently take place every Saturday morning in Epe, Lagos. The route runs from Itamarun to St. Patrick's, Eredo-Epe — a verified 6.6-kilometre route walked in approximately 105 minutes.
What to bring
On your phone or printed. This is how your attendance is verified.
Sufficient for a 6.6 km walk. Water is not provided on route.
Walking shoes or trainers. The route is road-based.
Early morning temperatures in Epe can be cool. A light layer is recommended.
Gate closure rule: The gate closes 15 minutes after the published start time. Arrivals after gate closure may join the walk but will not receive a Walk Credit™ for that edition. This rule exists to protect the integrity of the Walk Credit™ system and is enforced without exception.
Walk Credits™
A Walk Credit™ is the official unit of participation in FrontRow Sunrise Walk™. One Walk Credit™ is awarded for each edition in which a walker is registered and verifies their attendance before gate closure.
Walk Credit™ Rules
One credit per edition
There are no half-credits, double credits, or bonus credits. One verified attendance equals one Walk Credit™.
Non-transferable
Walk Credits™ belong to the individual walker. They cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Non-expirable
Walk Credits™ never expire. A walker who pauses attendance and returns later retains all previously earned credits.
Verification required
Walk Credits™ are awarded only for QR-verified or coordinator-authorised attendance. Self-reported attendance is never accepted.
Walk Credits™ are cumulative across all editions and never reset. They determine your current Stride Level™ and, at four credits, unlock eligibility for your Permanent Walker Number™.
Walk Credit™ confirmation: Every Walk Credit™ is confirmed via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of each edition. Your updated total and current Stride Level™ are included.
Stride Levels™
The Stride Level™ system is a 20-rank progression framework that tracks your advancement through the community based on your cumulative Walk Credits™. Levels are calculated automatically and never decrease. Every walker begins at Level 1 upon their first verified Walk Credit™.

Stride Level™ advancement is celebrated publicly through Participant Highlights™ at major milestones. Levels are automatic, formula-driven, and updated after each edition.
Permanent Walker Number™ (PWN)
The Permanent Walker Number™ (PWN) is the official credential that marks a walker's commitment to the FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ community. It is sequentially issued, non-transferable, and permanent — regardless of future attendance.

How to earn your PWN
A PWN is issued when a walker has accumulated four verified Walk Credits™. Upon reaching this threshold, the operations team manually reviews and confirms the record before issuing a number. The process is intentionally manual — the permanence of a PWN warrants a human quality check.
What the PWN unlocks
Walker Card™
Your official visual credential card, published publicly, featuring your PWN, Stride Level™, and key statistics.
Permanent Profile™
Your full digital profile on the website Member Portal, containing lifetime statistics and attendance history.
Invitation Code™
Your unique referral code, enabling you to personally invite others and track their journey through the community.
Walker Directory
A permanent listing in the official FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ Permanent Walker Directory on the website.
PWN Certificate: Every Permanent Walker receives a digital PWN Certificate — a branded A4 document confirming their number, name, issuance date, and Stride Level at time of award. This is issued via email within 72 hours of the qualifying Walk Credit™ being confirmed.
Invitation Codes™
Upon receiving your Permanent Walker Number™, you are issued a unique personal Invitation Code™. This code is your official mechanism for growing the community.
When someone registers using your Invitation Code™ and subsequently earns their own PWN™, you become a Community Builder™ — a recognised tier within the FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ community with its own milestone framework.
Important rules
Personal use only
Invitation Codes™ are a personal referral tool. They may not be shared publicly on mass social media channels on behalf of FrontRow Sunrise Walk™.
Single use per person
One person cannot apply the same Invitation Code™ twice. Each code tracks a specific referral relationship.
Conversion requires PWN
A referral is only considered successful once the referred person earns their own Permanent Walker Number™ — four verified Walk Credits™.

FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ is operated as a professional community. The following standards apply to all participants.
