This is FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ — the flagship community initiative of FrontRow Views Limited, a premium event access and community platform based in Epe, Lagos State. FrontRow Sunrise Walk™ is the first officially curated product of FrontRow Views Limited.

The walk is free to join. But it is not informal.

Every participant registers through an official process. Every attendance is verified through a QR-based check-in system operated by an authorised coordinator. Every completed walk earns a Walk Credit™. Walk Credits™ accumulate toward a Permanent Walker Number™ — a sequentially issued, non-transferable identity that marks a walker's commitment to the community. And beneath all of this sits a 20-rank Stride Level™ framework that provides every member with a visible, measurable pathway from their first step to an institutional legacy.

A simpler, more controllable environment was needed. One that would still generate real participation, real data, and real operational experience — but at a fraction of the cost and complexity. The answer was a walk.

What began as a lean operational pilot evolved into something neither planned nor anticipated: a genuine community. People returned. They brought others. They began to care about their Walk Credits™, their progression, their place in something larger than a Saturday morning activity.

The experiment became an institution.
